Cancellations: You need to provide a 24-hours notice to receive a makeup for sickness or any other scheduling conflict. There will be no makeup lessons for last-minute cancellations (less than 24-hours) and no-shows. If you cancel your makeup lesson, you can’t schedule it again and you will not get a refund. If you choose to pay per class and cancel after the 24-hour window has passed, you will be billed for the time.
Teacher cancellation: If I need to reschedule a lesson because of sickness or other circumstances, the lesson will always be made up. On occasions where a makeup lesson is impossible to arrange that same month, you will be given a credit for future lessons.
